The architectural design focuses on making the most of every square meter of the plot. The house is conceived as a piece that fulfills the functions of dwelling, perimeter wall and front facade. Extending its limits to the rear, the design seeks to optimize views and orientation, prioritizing comfort and functionality in every detail.

The main facade is an expression of simplicity and functionality. Its opaque and continuous design subtly integrates vehicular and pedestrian access, reducing the visual impact from the exterior. The setback strategy softens the perception of the building’s size and emphasizes the main entrance, creating a harmonious balance between aesthetics and utility.

Aware of the space limitations, we seek to create a feeling of spaciousness by integrating the outdoor space into the rooms of the house. The compact volumes are fragmented to generate outdoor areas that are reflected in the interior, providing a bright and welcoming environment. The porches to the south and the swimming pool add a touch of comfort to the whole.

The house opens up to the natural environment through large glass windows in the kitchen and living area. These elements allow for a visual and sensory connection with the outdoors, filling the interiors with natural light and providing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The internal distribution is carefully planned, dividing the space into zones for day and night. This functional organization ensures harmonious coexistence while providing privacy and comfort to its inhabitants.

Circulation within the house is organized through courtyards that connect the different spaces. These spaces not only serve as passage areas, but also introduce natural light and ventilation, creating a dynamic and comfortable environment.

Porches and patios provide a variety of lighting experiences throughout the day and year, adapting to the needs and preferences of their inhabitants. In addition to protecting from the sun and rain, they allow you to enjoy the views and the natural environment in all its splendor.
