The transformation of a landmark building in the area is a testimony to the deep and careful rehabilitation carried out while maintaining the original structure. The historic essence of the site has been preserved while giving it a new life and functionality.

Program

The hotel program consists of different apartments per floor, with one or two rooms depending on the needs. All are different but share in common that they have kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace on the main facade.

Facade

The facade of the Seaside Hotel is characterized by its new design and the use of contemporary materials. The first floor plinth is made of granite, while the main volume has a ceramic covering, creating a visual contrast and giving the building a strong appearance.

Materials

The materials used in the construction include granite and ceramic tiles on the exterior, while the interior features ceramic flooring, marble surfaces, hardwood doors and furniture, and design elements in the bathrooms, creating a modern aesthetic and spaces that are resistant to the passage of time and visitors.

Private Oasis

Each hotel apartment offers individual terraces lined with tiles whose tonality blends with the sea. This design choice creates a vivid connection between the building and its environment. These terraces are private oases where guests can enjoy the panoramic views and the sea breeze.

Stairway

The staircase is an architectural piece in its own right, the steps of the same material as the flooring give continuity to the entire surface and are only interrupted by the protective elements that add a touch of elegance and solidity to the interior design.

The finishes in each apartment are of high quality, paying special attention to details that include wood, marble and tiles contributing to the comfort and luxury of the spaces.
